The capsule collection mixes together pop vibes, street style, graffiti culture and Paisley tattoo patterns creating a colourful and glamourous experience. For this collaboration the two designers wanted to have fun with fashion.
The Yao Chen X Etro Limited Edition presents two handbags. The Etro Rainbow Colours Bag, in soft resin calf leather, has hand-drawn elements inspired to Doodles patterns featured with neon pink graphic lips and hearts mixed with iconic Paisley. On the left side of the bag, there is a handy lipstick pocket. To add more thrill to the collection, Veronica and Yao Chen add a designed little car on the back, as they are not only designers but also active mothers with a strong bond with their children. The inside of the bag is customized with Veronica and Yao Chen very own signatures.
The Paisley drop-shaped print clutch, in soft resin calf leather with its pop graffiti prints, will bring new energy and fresh style to the collection.
On December 13th Veronica and Yao Chen will launch the limited edition bags during the re-opening ceremony of the renewed Etro boutique in Taikoo Li, Chengdu.
The collection will be available from December 13th at all Etro boutiques in China, Macao, Hong Kong, Paris St. Germain, London, Milan and on the app Toplife.
