MODUS LOVES… 20 YEARS OF DAZED & CONFUSED

20 years since the controversial publication was launched sees Somerset House host a retrospective exhibition from Dazed and Confused Magazine: Making It Up As We Go Along.

Founded in 1991 by Jefferson Hack and Rankin, Dazed established itself as a platform for pushing boundaries and experimentation. The magazine went on and represented a new wave of British style press, leading co-founder Rankin to form the newly launched The Hunger.

Curated by Jefferson Hack and Emma Reeves, it features work from the past 2 decades including iconic covers, editorials and extraordinary interviews from subjects such as Grace Jones, Kate Moss, Chloe Sevigny to Thom Yorke. Specially commissioned projects by Damien Hirst and unique designs by Vivienne Westwood, Gareth Pugh and the late Alexander McQueen are strong focal point of the exhibition.

With only a fortnight left if you have not yet made a visit, a trip to Somerset House is strongly recommended. For more information, visit the Somerset Homepage here.
